Woodbine Racetrack runs its 2026 thoroughbred season from April 18 to December 13, with 128 race dates. Woodbine Entertainment operates it. The track sits in Etobicoke, next to Great Canadian Casino Resort Toronto. It opened on June 12, 1956, long before Casino Woodbine arrived beside it in 1999.

You will need a car or a ride. No scheduled public transit reaches the track, which sits 52.3 km from Toronto City Hall in a straight line. Elements Casino Mohawk shares the site at 9430 Guelph Line, Milton (Campbellville). It is always open, parking is free, and the phone number is 905-854-4053. Its table games run daily from 12 PM to 6 AM.
Ajax Downs and Georgian Downs
Ajax Downs runs quarter-horse racing next to Casino Ajax. The 2026 season has 22 race days, from May 6 to October 21. Casino Ajax is 39.1 km from Toronto City Hall in a straight line. It asks for 19+, an original government photo ID and a secondary photo ID.
